RoboCup
RoboCup is an annual robotics competition founded in 1996. The aim of the competition is to promote research and interest in the fields of AI and robotics. There are five different competition leagues, where RoboCup@Home is one of them. Link to the official RoboCup website.

RoboCup@Home
The RoboCup@Home league aims to develop service and assistive robot technology with relevance for future personal domestic applications. It is divided into 3 sub-leagues, where we compete in the Social Standard Platform League (SSPL). The competitors in SSPL use the Pepper robot from SoftBank.

In 2018 we competed in Montreal, Canada, in 2019 in Sydney, Australia, and in 2022 in Bangkok, Thailand. We worked hard to deliver our best at RoboCup@Home 2020 in Bordeaux, France, but the competition was postponed due to the covid-19 virus. The team aims to participate in the competition in 2023 in Bordeaux.

The main areas we work with internally are Vision, Navigation, Natural Language Processing, Human-Robot Interaction, and Intelligence.
